A Toronto-based photographer, Daphne Yuen is currently a MA student of the Photographic Preservation and Collections Management program.

Daphne uses photography as a way of answering her own questions and doubts about identity, memory, and images themselves. For her, the answer is often realized through the process of making images and the act of self-reflection that accompanies this process. Her most recent work, Madeleines, is the product of her newfound curiosity and in-depth investigation in how memory functions with objects in relation to photography as a medium.
